Comprised of Ethiopia Guji, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Java Riunggunung, and Myanmar Phar Yar Gyi Gone, these greens play very well with each other in a pre-roast blend. Two natural process and two washed process - It also achieves balance of flavor with green selection. This blend, much like a microlot, is very limited and won't be recreated. It will be the fruits of the farmers who did so much to make these lovely greens available to us. It will offer complexity impossible to achieve without blending. This is a blend created with light roast focus in mind.
