Named to honor our area’s Finnish heritage, this is a post-roast blend, one half Ethiopian (West Arsi Natural), and one half washed Indonesian Java. The Java is an earthy, more chocolate-nuanced coffee that balances the bright acidity of the Ethiopia natural. We roast the Java a little darker than the Ethiopian, which gives this coffee less acidity and a bit more complexity than the all-Ethiopian Namaste
